Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz (JSQM) is a unique nationalist party of Sindh. JSQM started its active struggle against Greater Thal canal & Kalabagh dam from 1995. The struggle is ongoing till to date. JSQM did many 'Sit-ins' in different cities of Sindh, during the struggle many activists of JSQM were arrested. But one side of JSQM is very weak, and that is 'women in JSQM'. We know half of the population of Sindh are women. On two national days of Sindh, 17th Jan and 25th April. In both occasions 30/40 thousands of peoples gather there, but women!! not a single woman there. JSQM is struggling for freedom of Sindhudesh but except of women, any one knows better it is impossible. The question is why JSQM workers are not ready to bring their mothers, sisters, daughters and wives? what is the thinking behind it? If they are sincere with party, with the great - Sain G M Syed and sincere with the cause of Sindhudesh, it is necessary to bring their women at least in Sann two times in a year. When we are agree that, half of the population are women, secondly revolution or Sindhudesh will not come true if women will not participate, than we can say ... we are weakening our cause with our own hands. So, it is time to try to bring our own women at least in two national days, 17th Jan and 25th April in Sann. Let us start it from our own houses and our own mothers, sisters, daughters and wives.
Sain Jeay Sindh! This is a main problem in JSQM. Women are very important in national movements. It is duty of every member, the beggning will be from our own houses. If we dont care it will be big loss for Sindh cause.

Development begins with the help of men and women together. If Sindhies ignore women they never will be succeded in their political efforts. Specialy JSQM is a party who want freedom from Punjab. This is not an easy task for Sindhies. Sindhi nation is not united as nation yet, it was G.M.Syed who wrote 60 books for Sindhies, but members of JSQM are not interested with the books. This is time for deep thinking for us.
I am sorry to say and object that JSQM is only nationalist party and unique in working against water issue. For ur information there are many serious and sincere political parties that really want to work for Sindh, and I dare to say that u don't have cogent reasons to justify for it. Overall I don't mean to annoy u but want to apprise u about the fact. You know why JSQM fail to absorb female member. b.c of ur vulgar, churlish, boorish org., members and leaders.
As an example, Jewish community is successful, because it is united. There are about 20 million Jews in Israel, they successfully fight for their survival with over 100 million oil rich Arabs. All jews hail from verious different countries of the world, but they are united for one voice and collective action for their motherland, Israel.
We direly need an organized leadership that will weld the Sindhis everwhere. JSQM has been very brave Sindhi movement, they need a sincere support from all the Sindhis everywhere. Asslam-o-elekum, Sir, I appreciate that u all are accepted this fact that womens all are also part of this society and they have rights. again Thanks and one more thing ......... this is fact that no one can initiate to bring with wives,sisters and mothers.. bcoz u know very well..basically no one can trust in politics....... this is main reason.
As many my friends say about the participation of women as they form half of our population in the gathering of JSQM espically on the occasion of Sain G M Syed's birth day and anniversary during the struggle of JSQM against Thal canal I found good ratio of women in the rally at Karachi press club still that ratio was not good but it will take time because in interior Sindh we have required still more time for the participation of women. We know with out the participation of women we can not achieve our goal of Sindhudesh.
The posted message is 100% right, why JSQM is still not able to get women's support for the party. Is leadership weak? or Are members voulgure in nature?
As from this forum, every one seem in the favour of the role of women in National Movement (قومي تحريڪ). I think, there is little ratio of people participating here in these forums but among this ratio we can calculate thinking of general Sindhis about this topic. As majority of us is agree that Sindhi women must participate in movements to make it stronger but keeping our society and thinking in mind, no one will be ready to take intial step. Unluckly, sindhi people always think positive but never ready to start 1st step. We always wait for others to start then follow. I think this is because of our education. Educationaly we dont have confidence. This is why even me, you want to take our sisters, mothers or wives in the polical gatherings like B.day of Saein G.M. Syed but we'll always think what my friends will say about it and same way our friends will think same. According to my opinion, our leaders should take initial steps regarding to this and saying workers to do same. we must start this step together not individually.
