Dear Fellows,
Not long ago our president while visiting to Hyd, Sindh comment on the cabability of Sindhi's that "Sindhi's are less competeters as compare to Punjabi's in CSS or any other competitive exams."
My motive being highlighting this issue is of great importance i.e.
1. Are we really incapable to achieve Federal positions.
2. If yes, Then what are the reasons behind quagmire.
3. If Not, then what modus operandi Sindhi should adopt to enhance their honesty, capability & statesmanship.
In my personal Opinion & being a Sindhi my self. I dont see any such criteria identified by Mr. President. As i am known to many rhetoric & well breed (Sindhi) people who are not even posssesing higher dignataries in Pakistan but abroad as well.
Therefore, degrading Sindhis is the worst humiliating diplomatic strategic i've ever seen.
May Allah shower his special blessings on Sindhis in particular and humanity in general.

The same problem which is under discussion may be addressed like Sindhis are not incapable, but they have got vey small opportunites so all the others are saying this and that.
Basically as a human no one is superior from one and another only the problem occurs due to opportunity.
In Lancaster if a dull boy gets more opportunites he
can easily shine but if same boy if borns in larkana what he can do?

I would rather suggest you to take those subjects whom u had complete command or possess little professional background. It'll save your time, efforts and financial resources as well.

Ma'am Plz share whole of information that u have about CSS. All I know is that its a competitive examination nothing else. Therefore, I wanna know like what subjects are there what is needed to study and stuff such as above.

Dear CSS Fellows,

As Mr. Toufique asked the criteria regarding the entire procedure of CSS in layman format.
Therefore, I would rather suggest not just for Mr. Toufique but the entire Sindhi lot for their convenience i.e. go to the website http://www.css.com.pk from where you'll come to know the entire phenomenon about CSS.
besides getting satus quo on CSS issue, you can share ur views n ideas over the forum and personally via email newsletters.
The schedule, results, Syllabi everything is updated and well received by css aspirants.
It'll be an honor for me if anyone particularly any "Sindhi" get the maximum opportunity and a decent recruitment from there.
