Which is a bird named ARD? the same PPP and PML(N). Leader of both parties are enjoying in foreign. They have no confidence in power of peoples. But you said second thing very important. That is "nationalist forces have been activiated." Who are nationalists? let me say: STPP, Awami Tehrik, JSM, JSQM, Front, SNC and parties/ groups of Balochitan, NWFP, Punjab and their leaders, like: Rasool Bux Palejo, Mamtaz Bhutto, Dr. Qadir Magsi, Bashir Qureshi, Akber Bugti, Attaullah Mengal, Taj Mohd. Langah, Dodo Maheri, Shafee Burfat, Khaliq Jonejo, Yousuf Leghari, Jalal Shah, Zain Shah and many others are nationalists. You said your words about all nationalists, that they are Gen. made and countering movement of ARD. (Appreciable conclusion!)

She is only lover of the rule chair. Why she will come. She will not be agree with your suggestions, simply. She want only the chair. And the time is not come for her to sit on the chair. Yes MBB and Nawaz will be back but after green signal. They don't believe power of people.

Yes, you are 100 percent right. Not only nightmare but he will never find by any one than. But please note coward will not face the dictator but they wait until green signal come from real Paki forces. Because she has confidence only in that forces. It is her experiment. When she denied in past, got two hits and was out from the regime. Real forces are the protector of Punjab to drink blood of oppressed nations.

Yes, all Sindhis are waiting for Benazir also. But their wait is too long to do. Ok July will come ultimately and we will prosper after her coming. Like we prospered in two regimes of PPP. And she will keep budget once again for Kalabagh dam and Greater Thal canal. If she is anti dictator and PPPP is anti Kalabagh dam and Greater Thal canal, why they are not lunching a new resolution against these illegal projects?

Dear Javed! in above sentence you confirm my views are true. After election in US how ground will come for MBB. If ground will ready than she will come otherwise not. It means she believes non-people sources. This acts suggest, that MBB don't have confidence in power of people at all but has more confidence in US, EU and India.

Yes, your advice will be under consideration by Benazir, may be she will give you advisory post in her next regime. You are doing good struggle to achieve your real goal.

What are the realities of 1973's constitution? Let me tell you what the so-called provincial autonomy is in 1973,s constitution. May PONAM will join your hand. Here is your another hope 1973's constitution:
1. Total members of national assembly= 200 Punjab 113 members, Sindh, Balochistan and NWFP 82 members. Fata 5 members. (It means Punjab alone has more seats in national assembly to compare rest of Paki!)
2. Any bill like: budget, funds, currency's all affairs are not related with Senate.(there are equal members of every province.) National assembly will approve that.
3. Central Legislative Assembly (CLA) related bill if accepted by national assembly. Than nothingness for Senate if they want to be anti. But they don't have power to change it.
4. In the second part of Central Legislative list atoms included are: oil, gas, minerals, main institutes, WPDA and PIDC. Compare to that provinces have less valued atoms in their list.
5. If differences will come among national assembly and Senate on issue of above listed atoms. They are bound to solve the problem in accumulative session. The conclusion of seats is: Punjab= natinal assembly 113 seats + Senate 16 = total 129 All three provinces= national assembly 82 + Senate 42 = total 124 Fata= national assembly 5 + Senate 5 = total 10 (All things are clearly shows the reality of 1973's constitution)
6. Selection of the president of Paki will be in accumulative session of all assemblies. (Seats conclusion is given above of all seats. Result will be in favor of Punjab.)
7. Ordinance of president about CLL's atoms is not necessary to approve by Senate. (Doesn't matter they are agree or not!) it is national assembly's authority.
8. President is authority for province's governors, high court's judges, auditors. (These rights are snatched also from provinces, as others.)
9. PM is also almost bound to do advice with president.
10. Wealth and also foreign wealth exchange's all main decisions are in the control of Center.
11. National planning and economic relation are also in the hands of Center.
12. National services, such as: civil services, police service's recruitments, training, retirements all these affairs are also in the hands of Center.
13. Provinces are 70% dependent on Center in the affairs of wealth. Provinces have only 30% rights of wealth.
14. Center will impose any emergency on provinces. (Doesn't matter province is agree or not! ) (Under article: 232)
15. All authority of Broadcast and Telecast of provinces are in the hands of Center. (Under article: 159)
16. For the election of provinces, election commission will imposed by Center. (Under article: 218)
These all detail shows the so-called provincial autonomy which is given under 1973's constitution. This means all the provincial authorities are non-mature? and they are not capable to make their own decisions? Why you are insisting that so-called and died constitution? Mind it all constitutions here are in favor of Punjab. Is it a democracy? for which you praising. Democracy of Paki, means dictator-ship of Punjab. 1973's constitution shows clearly the dictator-ship of Punjab, and PPP or ARD they all are lover of dictator in this sense. They are agreed to loot Sindh, Balochistan & NWFP in the favor of Punjab. Paki is equal to Punjab. The favor of 1973's constitution is valentine of dictator-ship and rule over oppressed nations.
The draft of 1973 constitution is a big fraud with all the oppressed nations under Pakistan(=Punjab) whereby they have been fooled in the name of strong centre, federalism,(democracy as a result of elections held under this fradulent constitution , another joke! and Islam.This constitution calls all nations under Pakistan(=Punjab) as A MUSLIM NATION, although it could easily be argued that nations are not based on religion and there has never been any religious nation in the world throughout history. Mr Jinnah's 'two nation theory' lost its ground in the 70s when the East Pakistan became Bengladesh and thus Mr Jinnah's 'two nation theory' finally died its natural death when this event took place. Let alone any muslim country joining any other Islamic country of the world on the basis that muslims of the world should constitute a nation, even the Arab states stretching from the MiddleEast to North Africa sharing the same language and culture will never merge into one powerful muslim nation(for the sake of argument if Mr Jinnah's theory that "Muslims Of The Indian Subcontinent Are A Different Nation" were to be applied here).
Moreover,for Mr Jinnah's followers I would recommend that they read "Freedom At Midnight" in which the writer of the book has given an excerpt from a conversation that had taken place between Mr Jinnah and Lord MountBatten. He writes that when the last viceroy to India Lord MountBatten came up with a plan of dividing Punjab and Bengal and discussed this with Mr Jinnah, then Mr Jinnah strongly opposed this plan of division of Punjab and Bengal on communal lines and said:"YOUR EXCELLENCY! THE PEOPLE OF PUNJAB AND BENGAL CONSIDER THEMSELVES FIRST AS PUNJABIS AND BENGALIS AND THEN AS MUSLIMS, HINDUS OR SIKHS". Then Lord MountBatten who was a shrewd man remarked:"It seems to me Mr Jinnah that you are providing a strong argument in support of UNDIVIDED India yourself by opposing the partition of Punjab and Bengal on communal lines".
If someone is interested he can go through this book which is really very interesting to read. Even the founder of Pakistan(=Punjab) Mr Jinnah very well knew that nations are not based on religion and in the words of Sain GM Syed:"Religions and Ideologies are the creations of nations but it would be wrong to assume that the nation have to abide by these ideologies and religions. They are free to accept or give up any religion or ideology."
The 1973 constitution which was framed only to safeguard the interests of Punjab cannot allow even a breath taking room for Sindhis, Balouchs and Pushtuns and it would be rather naive of us to think that under such constitution, the people of Sindh, the people of Balouchistan and the people of Pushtunistan can be granted 'PROVINCIAL AUTONOMY" when even their national identity is being denied to them under the very constitution.
Some people recall that General Zia -ul Haque would call Pakistani constitution(while referring to this 1973 constitution) 'litter box' which could be filled, refilled and emptied at will.(TO BE HONEST WITH YOU I DO NOT KNOW WHETHER THIS IS REALLY TRUE OR A FABRICATED STORY. HOWEVER, THIS IS VERY MUCH TRUE OF PAKISTANI(=PUNJABI) CONSTITUTION).
