Dear Fellows, Recently i've come across Pakistan's two competitive examinations with close observation i.e FPSC's CSS (Federal) & SPSC's CCE (Provential). What i've seen is the improvement not from the govt. side but also from the positive attitude shown by the Sindhi candidates strongly willing to face and participate the modus operandi of the govt. What was quite immpressive to me is the wellcoming gesture of sindhi candidates towards the modern approach of compeptitive arena. I am quite optimistic that if this same behaviour continues, then there wold be no hurdle in the development of the Sindh in general and Sindhi's in particular. Being a sindhi girl myself, What i forsee is the major contribution of women candiadtes in the competitive environment, that is still at low percentage. The need of time is the tolerance, bon mot and expedicious recovery from the collosal of uncivilized acts like illeteracy and gender discrimination. I hope and wish that when competitive clouds of 2004 overshadow Sindh, by that time competitve my sindhi fellows including "Ladies" & Gentlemen will show more enthusism, calrity and rhetoric responce.
